Corrections carry the most weight. If we published something wrong, we want to know before your neighbour does.

We read everything. We answer most things, though not always quickly.
What is genuinely useful
- Corrections. A measurement that does not match yours, a spec we misread, a model that changed mid-production. Send it, and tell us how you know.
- Requests. A machine you are weighing up and cannot find honest information about. We cannot test everything, but requests shape what comes next.
- Disagreements. If you have run a tool for two years and our verdict does not match your experience, that is worth more than another spec sheet.
For manufacturers and brands
We are happy to hear from you, and we will read what you send. To save both sides time, three things are settled in advance:
- We do not accept free units in exchange for coverage.
- We do not send reviews for approval before publication.
- We do not publish sponsored posts or paid link placements.
If you believe a published review contains a factual error, tell us specifically what is wrong and we will investigate it exactly as we would a reader correction — and publish a dated correction if you are right.
